Custom Orders
Because made to order items are made specifically for you, payment in full is required when you place your order. Custom ordered, personalized merchandise is not returnable, unless the item does not meet your order specifications or has a defect.

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary from product to product. We try our best to ship in stock items within 24-48 hours. When purchasing more than one item, your items may be shipped in different packages and at different times. You will not incur any additional costs for this.

Many of our products are hand crafted and made- to-order, shipping times given in the product descriptions are estimates. We will always make every effort to expedite the manufacturing and shipping of items to you and will notify you promptly of any delays.

Payment Options
All orders are charged in US dollars  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, through PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account. We also accept cashier’s checks and wire transfers.
