Payment Information:
All orders are charged in US dollars We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, through PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund excluding shipping charges. In some cases a 15% restocking fee applies. Please contact us by email or phone. Let us know the reason for the return or exchange. Please do not return items without prior authorization. Items must be returned in original condition along with original packing slip.
Custom Orders:
Because
made to order items are made specifically for you, payment in full is
required
when you place your order. Custom ordered, personalized
merchandise is not returnable, unless the item does not meet your order
specifications or has a defect. In some cases when a return is accepted on a custom order there is a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping:
Certain items ship only within the lower 48 states. Please contact us before placing your order.
**Items, such as larger furniture pieces, which are bulky and heavy,
require extra care
and incur a Delivery Surcharge, in addition to the
appropriate charge outlined below.

Post Office or UPS within the contiguous
United States. Express Shipping is available
