Returns and Exchanges
Cancellations and Order Changes:
If you must make changes or cancel your order, please verify your order immediately.
Changes may be made, as long as the order is not in processing.
Contact us as soon as possible, to insure changes or cancellations.
We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
Exchanges and Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item, in its original condition and packaging, within 25 days for a store credit, refund, or exchange excluding shipping charges. In some cases a restocking fee applies. Custom made/ Handcrafted and Personalized items are non returnable, unless defective.
Simply email / call us within 15 days of receipt of the item and we will give you a return authorization number and return ship to address. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached.
If we receive your return without a Return Authorization Number, or if we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.
